Summary of activity: 
The goal of this activity is to ask participants to evaluate competences of the other participants, to express positive emphatic speech and to discover their own qualities and competences

Description of the activity: 

The student has to describe and drawn into a frame (mirror) the qualities which better describe them.
Then, the frame has to be passed to other participants (in circle), and every participant will need to add a positive quality/skill they think of their colleagues.

Every participant has to elaborate which are the most important competences in the labour market.
